12/30/09 - QB Todd Boeckman had a tryout with the Colts, but has not been signed as of yet.
11/25/09 - QB Todd Boeckman was among eight players brought in for tryouts by Seattle on Tuesday. Boeckman, signed by the Jaguars on June 17 but waived two days before training camp opened, re-signed with Jacksonville in August but was subsequently waived.
08/31/09 - QB Todd Boeckman, signed by the Jaguars on June 17 but waived two days before training camp opened, has been re-signed by the Jaguars while third-string QB Paul Smith was waived. The Jaguars did not like what they saw in Smith during training camp and the two games he played in during the preseason.
08/01/09 - QB Todd Boeckman, an undrafted rookie out of Ohio State, was waived by the Jaguars.
06/17/09 - QB Todd Boeckman signed with Jacksonville. Boeckman, 25, attended Ohio State where he was a team captain and threw for 31 touchdowns. He played in 27 games, completing 255 of 402 passes (63.4%) for 3,041 yards. The 6-5, 243-pound Boeckman was a full-time starter as a junior in 2007, earning first team All-Big Ten honors after leading the conference in passing efficiency. He started the first three games of his senior season last year before Terrelle Pryor took over as the Buckeyes' starting quarterback. Boeckman, who is from St. Henry, Ohio, received his bachelor's degree from Ohio State in March of last year.
