05/12/14 - A closer look at the Packers' picks: Round 4/121 - Carl Bradford, OLB, 6-1, 252, Arizona St.,...Packers college scouting director Brian Gutekunst said, "we felt very fortunate" Bradford still was on the board at this pick. Bradford's draft stock presumably plummeted after he racked up 20 sacks the last two seasons because he doesn't measure up to stay at defensive end. The Green Bay brass says Bradford will play outside linebacker in its 3-4 scheme, but sliding him inside can't be discounted to upgrade an area that has lacked sizzle with A.J. Hawk as the centerpiece. - The Sports Xchange
05/08/14 - 2014 DRAFT SCOUT FINAL TOP 100: 54/4. *Carl Bradford, OLB, Arizona State, 6-1, 250, 4.71, 2...Played "Devilbacker" as hybrid, physical defender who split time among defensive end, outside and inside linebacker positions. Shows exceptional initial quickness off the snap, especially out of the three-point stance, and then can confound blockers with a club, rip or spin move. He started final 28 games of a 40-game career in which he recorded 154 tackles (110 solos) with 21.5 sacks (155 yards), 43 tackles for loss (213 yards), six quarterback pressures, eight deflected passes and two interceptions. Frankly: Bradford was the benefactor of an aggressive, disruptive college scheme and may not have instincts to play in space, but he can make a career out of that explosive pass rush and complementary moves. - Frank Cooney, NFLDraftScout.com
05/06/14 - Dane Brugler's 2014 NFL Draft Final Top-50: 36. Carl Bradford OLB, Arizona State (6-1, 250, 4.76, rJR)...The top defender from an underrated Sun Devil defense, Bradford is an intense and energetic rusher who finds a way to get to the quarterback. He has some tweener traits and won't fit every defense, but he has the initial quickness and power to be effective as a stand-up rusher. - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
