01/20/14 - 2014 SENIOR BOWL, LINEBACKER: Arrow pointing down: Adrian Hubbard, Alabama...A rare fourth-year junior participating in Mobile, Hubbard decided to skip his senior year despite an inconsistent 2013 season in Tuscaloosa. He finished his junior year with 33 tackles and three sacks as the Tide's SAM linebacker and has several questions to answer regarding his range and reaction quickness. - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
01/20/14 - 2014 NFL DRAFT: SENIOR BOWL WEIGH-IN LOSERS: Adrian Hubbard, OLB/DE, Alabama: Scouts will be intrigued with Hubbard's length at nearly 6-6 but there was surprisingly little muscular development on his 255-pound frame. For a player coming off a disappointing junior season and yet elected to enter the NFL Draft with a year of collegiate eligibility remaining, it wasn't the best impression to make. - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
01/10/14 - Alabama juniors Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Adrian Hubbard, Cyrus Kouandjio and Jeoffrey Pagan announced they will be forgoing their senior season to enter the 2014 NFL Draft in a press conference in the Naylor-Stone Media Room on Thursday. Alabama has had 13 players leave early under head coach Nick Saban, 11 of which were first-round draft picks. The 2014 NFL Draft will take place May 8-10 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Hubbard finished with 33 tackles, including 5.5 tackles for loss and three sacks. - Alabama football
01/09/14 - Alabama linebacker Adrian Hubbard has notified the Crimson Tide he will forgo his senior season to enter the 2014 NFL Draft, according to CBSSports.com's Jeremy Fowler. Hubbard, 6-feet-5 and 252 pounds, had 31 tackles and three sacks in 12 games this season. He is rated as the No. 2 junior outside linebacker in the country by NFLDraftScout.com, and projected to be a late-first or early-second round pick.
Hubbard is a "lanky pass rusher" who boasts a good combination of length, athleticism and versatility, according to NFLDraftScout.com Senior Analyst Rob Rang, who compares the redshirt junior's skill-set to that of Dolphins 2013 first round pick Dion Jordan. Hubbard also provides scheme versatility with his experience lining up as a defensive end as well as at outside linebacker in head coach Nick Saban's defense. Fellow Crimson Tide underclassmen defensive lineman Jeoffrey Pagan and left tackle Cyrus Kouandjio have yet to state their intentions. Underclassmen have until Jan. 15 to officially declare for May's draft. - The Sports Xchange
09/07/13 - ROB RANG'S 09/06/13 TOP 32 2014 DRAFT PROSPECTS: 32. Adrian Hubbard*, OLB, Alabama (6-5, 252): Hubbard is the next Crimson Tide star on defense to keep an eye on. The lanky pass rusher recorded 10 tackles for loss, six sacks and three forced fumbles in a breakout sophomore campaign and could be on the verge of much bigger things. His length, athleticism and versatility (lines up as a DE as well as OLB) is even more intriguing than his statistics. - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
