11/13/14 - RB Trey Millard, on reserve/non-football injury with a knee injury, returned to practice Wednesday (Nov. 12). That starts a 21-day window, and by the end of it, he will either be activated, released or remain on reserve/NFI for the remainder of the season.
08/27/14 - RB Trey Millard (knee) was placed on reserve/non-football injury by the 49ers Tuesday (Aug. 26).
07/18/14 - RB Trey Millard (knee) failed his physical with the 49ers July 17 and was declared active/non-football injury.
