He improved to 9-of-11 in 40+ yard field goals this season and 13-of-15 overall. Phillips, who leads the Pac-12 and ranks sixth in the nation in scoring (10.8 ppg), scored 11 total points against the Beavers, going 2-of-2 in PATs to improve to 26-of-26 this season and 67-of-67 in his career. 10/13/14 - SEPT 22 PAC-12 SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Utah kicker Andy Phillips, a sophomore from Draper, Utah, accounted for more than half of Utah’s points in its 26-10 win over Michigan, making 4-of-5 field goals and 2-of-2 PATs for a total of 14 points. His clutch performance in the Big House featured makes from 35, 38, 48 and 50 yards. His only miss came after a lengthy rain delay, when his 41-yard attempt bounced off the upright. Phillips became the first Ute to make four field goals in a game since 2011 (Coleman Peterson). Phillips also had five touchbacks on six kickoffs.
