10/14/13 - WEEK 7 MAC EAST DIVISION DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Buffalo DE Colby Way...Senior defensive end Colby Way (State College, Pa.) had a career-high three sacks to lead a defensive unit to a 33-0 win at Western Michigan. The shutout was the second ever shutout of a MAC opponent and the first road shutout for the program since 1965. Way had four total tackles in the game, but it was his timely sacks that played a huge part in the Bulls' shutout.
In the first quarter, with the Bulls leading 6-0, Way had two of sacks on the same drive that helped move the Broncos from the Buffalo 19-yard line to out of field goal range.
