10/06/14 - OLB Bjoern Werner (ankle) should be good to go for Thursday night's game at Houston. Werner experienced some swelling in his ankle after Sunday's home game with the Baltimore Ravens.
07/30/14 - OLB Bjoern Werner's performance through the first week of training camp has raised eyebrows and in a good way. Werner is expected to see more playing time this season, especially early in the year when OLB Robert Mathis is serving an NFL-mandated four-game suspension.

And Werner acknowledges that he has a much better understanding of the Colts defensive scheme as he heads into his second camp. How much his improved conditioning and grasp of the defense carries over to the 2014 season remains to be seen.
