12/09/16 - WR James Wright (knee) was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.
10/07/16 - WR James Wright (hamstring) did not practice Friday for Cincinnati. Wright, who also plays on special teams, is listed as doubtful.
09/22/16 - WR James Wright was limited in practice on Wednesday, working out on special teams without a helmet. On Thursday, he did not practice. It was the second straight week that Wright practiced on Wednesday, but was held out the next day. It's all part of his knee recovery protocol. Wright has spent nearly two years recovering from microfracture surgery on his right knee. He has one reception in each of the Bengals' first two games.
08/02/16 - WR James Wright on Monday was cleared to practice after passing his preseason physical. Wright had spent nearly two years rehabbing a knee injury suffered in November of 2014. ... CB Darqueze Dennard was cleared to practice this week, coming off a season-ending shoulder injury last season. In 37 games the past two seasons, Dennard has 37 tackles with 10 passes defensed and one interception.
08/01/16 - WR James Wright came off the active/physically unable to perform list and was cleared to practice with the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday. Wright, the Bengals' seventh-round pick out of LSU in 2014, was placed on injured reserve going into last training camp. Wright's appearance Monday was his first in a Bengals camp since he was a rookie in 2014. He was injured on Nov. 30, 2014, when he had a three-catch, 59-yard effort against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
