09/18/17 - DE Dante Fowler Jr. led the Jaguars out before the start of the game by carrying and waving a Florida state flag. Moments later as a huge American flag was unfurled across the field, Fowler and nine of his teammates joined fire fighters, police officers and paramedics who were honored for their work during the storm and damage in the Jacksonville area from Hurricane Irma.
09/12/17 - LB Dante Fowler scooped up a fumble after teammate Yannick Ngakoue sacked Texans
QB Tom Savage and knocked the ball free. Fowler took the fumble 53 yards for a touchdown, becoming the first Jaguars player to score on a fumble return since Andre Branch on Dec. 13, 2015 against Indianapolis.
09/01/17 - DE Dante Fowler missed the team's last two preseason games but it was more of a precautionary measure than a re-occurring injury. Fowler was held out of practice a couple days prior to the Carolina game and he missed that game and the team's contest in Atlanta this past Thursday. He indicated he'll be ready to play as much as needed for the regular season opener in Houston.
08/21/17 - Dante Fowler Jr. has been formally charged on three misdemeanor crimes in Pinellas County, Fla., according to court records. Fowler was arrested on July 19 and charged with simple battery, criminal mischief and petit theft. The 23-year-old was formally charged on Aug. 10, according to court records. His arraignment in Clearwater, Fla., is scheduled for Sept. 11 -- one day after the Jaguars' regular-season opener against the Houston Texans. If convicted on all counts, Fowler could face up to a year in jail and is subject to league discipline.
08/19/17 - DE Dante Fowler Jr. had only one tackle in the Tampa Bay game, but it was a sack of Bucs QB Jameis Winston for minus-7 yards. Fowler also caused Winston to fumble the ball, but it was recovered by wide receiver Adam Humphries.
