 Draft Scout Dan Connor News
08/11/10 - MLB Dan Connor has a firm grip on the inside linebacker job. He's healthy after two seasons and will start Thursday against the Ravens at the MIKE 'backer spot alongside new weak-side linebacker Jon Beason.
08/01/10 - MLB Dan Connor is working with the first team after Jon Beason was moved to the weak side linebacker spot.
11/26/09 - SLB Dan Connor will start if Na'il Diggs can't go.
11/25/09 - LB Dan Connor might have to start at outside linebacker this week against the Jets because of injuries. OLB Landon Johnson joined Thomas Davis on injured reserve this week, and Na'il Diggs is questionable with a rib injury. Connor said he's practiced at all three linebacker spots this year, and while he feels most comfortable at middle linebacker he said playing the strong side won't be completely foreign to him. "I've tried to learn as many positions as possible and tried to be a utility linebacker and work on special teams," Connor said. "Just trying to stay up with three different positions is hard. It's been my biggest job."
09/02/09 - MLB Dan Connor has emerged as the top backup, although he's never played in a real game.
