"I have a bunch of equipment room which I use every night, a lot of prevention stuff," Watson said. "I get in early and get treatment when I need it, make sure I'm stretching, eating right, hydrated, all those things. In junior college and college it all kind of flew by so fast I wasn't thinking about my body, it was all about learning the game."
Watson said his rookie season wasn't a complete waste, given the amount he learned.
"I got a lot of mental reps, especially with what we were going through last year with everybody rotating in and out," Watson said. "You kind of learn how to deal with things."
