Spencer finished second in the country with 26½ tackles for loss. If he can run in the 4.6s, there may be talk about his potential as an outside linebacker, which should cause his stock to skyrocket.
Did not do agility drills, just ran 40.

Draft Scout Anthony Spencer News
12/02/14 - DE Anthony Spencer has just a half-sack this season, but the Cowboys think he can have a bigger role over the final four games of the season. He missed last year because of microfracture knee surgery.
"He's had a role that we hope that can be increasing," coach Jason Garrett said. "He's been part of the rotation. I think at different games he's showed up. Other games he hasn't been quite as effective. But he's a good football player and I think he's learning to play this scheme as he goes. He's been a stand-up outside linebacker for most of his pro career so I think getting him down into his stance and getting him comfortable down in and down out doing what the job requires has been a process but in certain games he's shown up, other games not quite as much. We certainly need him down the stretch."
10/23/14 - DE Anthony Spencer was limited in practice on Thursday with a sprained foot. Spencer is expected to play against the Redskins Monday. Spencer missed most of last season after undergoing microfracture surgery.
10/16/14 - DE Anthony Spencer (foot) returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday. He will play against the Giants Sunday and hopefully build on his strong game against the Seahawks last week when he had three quarterback pressures and seemed to have some of his old quickness.
10/15/14 - DE Anthony Spencer missed practice on Wednesday because of a sore foot. He said it's not serious and he will be ready to go on Thursday.
09/22/14 - DE Anthony Spencer could return this week against the Saints. He has not played since Week 2 of last year because of microfracture surgery. He returned to practice for the first time last week and got some extra work before Sunday's game against the Rams. Owner Jerry Jones said Spencer could hopefully get some snaps against the Saints Sunday.
"I went pretty good in practice so just going to go a little bit harder, push it a little more," Spencer said. "I kind of eased into it this past week but now we'll see how it feels. I'm anxious because it's close, but at the same time I'm trying to be as patient as possible."
