 Draft Scout Damarious Randall News
10/23/17 - CB Damarious Randall has an interception in three straight games. The last Packer to accomplish that was Casey Hayward from Weeks 5-7 in 2012.
10/22/17 - CB Damarious Randall has an interception in three consecutive games for the Packers.
10/04/17 - CB Damarious Randall was benched and sent to the locker room by coach Mike McCarthy during Green Bay's Week 4 win over Chicago. Randall offered few details about the incident and used the term "internal matter" eight times during an exchange with reporters. Randall was back on the practice field Wednesday, but where he now fits in the cornerback rotation remains to be seen. --
09/30/17 - CB Damarious Randall was benched after allowing a touchdown pass to Kendall Wright late in the first half. Then Randall was sent to the locker room by Packers head coach Mike McCarthy. McCarthy wouldn't elaborate what took place between Randall and Green Bay's coaches leading up to it. But McCarthy did say the matter would be handled internally and Randall would be with the team when they return to work Tuesday. "Damarious Randall last night, it was a coach's decision, my decision to send him to the locker room," McCarthy said. "And frankly, we've got to be real honest here, we're going to start evaluating and regulating conversation and things that go on on an NFL sideline? Let's be real here. "I know someone might make a good drama series out of it or something, but it's not going to happen here. It's an internal matter as I stated (Thursday) night. Anytime things happen throughout the course of our operation, whether it's in a game, practice and so forth, I can promise you there's dialogue and it's an internal matter that's being handled internally. I will make it clear because it was on the field, It was a coach's decision, my decision, for Damarious to go into the locker room."
09/29/17 - CB Damarious Randall was benched at halftime and wasn't on the sideline at the end of the game. Coach Mike McCarthy called it an "internal" matter.
