Smith suffered the injury near the end of the second quarter of last Sunday's game against St. Louis. He's received treatment all week and reported no tightness in his throwing motion.
10/27/14 - QB Alex Smith suffered a sprained right shoulder in Sunday's game against St. Louis. Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Monday that he thinks Smith will be fine, but he was sore 24 hours later. The injury came on one of two sacks of Smith late in the first half by Rams defensive end Robert Quinn.
