Draft Scout *Aaron Rodgers News
12/14/14 - QB Aaron Rodgers is not invincible. He sure looked as much during the Packers' five-game winning streak, throwing for 1,580 yards and 16 touchdowns without turning the ball over once. Rodgers tossed two interceptions Sunday and had a fumble that led to a safety. His 33.4 passer rating was the lowest of his career. It was the first time he played a full game and failed to score a touchdown, passing or rushing, since the third game of the 2012 season.
12/08/14 - QB Aaron Rodgers completed 24 of 36 passes for 327 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in career start No. 100. Using 100 career starts as a mile marker, Rodgers ranks No. 1 in NFL history with 222 touchdown passes, 27,520 passing yards, a 4.11 touchdown-to-interception ratio and 60 games with a passer rating of at least 100. "It's been fun," Rodgers said. "It's been a great 100 games started. When you're a young player, you can only dream about these kind of opportunities. Then you get into it and you think, 'I'd love to do 100 more.' It's fun to be able to be healthy after 13 weeks and to be able to play the way I want to play."
12/04/14 - QB Aaron Rodgers, named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for November on Thursday, isn't on the injury report this week. Rodgers had the top of his non-throwing left hand stepped on by a New England defender at the end of his 17-yard run in the first quarter of the Packers' 26-21 win over the Patriots on Sunday. Rodgers didn't have to leave the game. "Hand's doing good, thank you," Rodgers said after he practiced Thursday. He will be good to make his 100th regular-season start Monday night, when Green Bay hosts the Atlanta Falcons.
11/30/14 - QB Aaron Rodgers extended two NFL record streaks. He has now thrown 360 consecutive passes at home without an interception and tossed 31 touchdown passes since his last interception at Lambeau Field, which came almost two years ago against Minnesota. Rodgers, the NFL's career leader in passer rating, now has 220 touchdown passes and 55 interceptions for his career, a ratio of 4.00-to-1. Brady is second with 387 touchdowns and 140 interceptions for a ratio of 2.76-to-1.
11/16/14 - QB Aaron Rodgers extended his streak of consecutive passes without an interception at home to an NFL-record 322 attempts. Tom Brady held the old record (288); Rodgers broke the mark on the first series.
