08/08/10 - RB Kory Sheets, a second-year speedster who left Purdue as the Boilermakers' No. 2 all-time rusher, was lost for the season on Wednesday. Sheets, among the more intriguing candidates to replace the traded Ted Ginn Jr. as the primary kick returner, suffered a torn right Achilles' tendon in a non-contact mishap during a kick return drill.
08/05/10 - RB Kory Sheets, who suffered an Achilles' tendon injury, was waived/injured and will end up on injured reserve.
01/14/10 - RB Kory Sheets could become a kick return specialist but is still a project at running back.
01/04/10 - RB Kory Sheets got on the field for the first time this season and had one run for 5 yards.
