 Draft Scout Reshard Langford News
05/20/10 - SS Reshard Langford -- and not No. 1 draft choice Eric Berry -- lined up with the first team defense as the Chiefs starter their OTA practices. He was signed off the Eagles practice squad last year, joining the Chiefs on Christmas Day. He was inactive for the final two games of the '09 season, but the four-year starter at Vanderbilt has impressed coaches with his off-season work. "He's at the top of the list of guys working as hard as they can to put themselves in a position to succeed," said head coach Todd Haley. "All these guys know that they all have great opportunity because one thing they learned from last year (is) the guy that gives us the best chance to win will play. When guys hear that and know that, they're excited and it gives them hope and then it's just up to them to take advantage of the opportunity given."
12/31/09 - S Reshard Langford may get a chance to play in the Chiefs' season finale. Langford was signed last week off the Eagles practice squad and he did not make it to Kansas City until Christmas Day. With a week of practice under his belt, the Chiefs would like to get him on the field in some fashion.
12/26/09 - DB Reshard Langford was signed by the Eagles off their practice squad.
04/27/09 - The Eagles added to their roster Monday, signing nine rookie free agents. Was a two-year captain at Tanner HS in Tanner, AL, as a running back and safety, earning first-team All-State honors in his senior season. Born 2/6/86. - Philadelphiaeagles.com
