A closer look at the Saints' picks: Round 4/116 -- Chip Vaughn, FS, 6-2, 221, Wake Forest...He could be the answer to a need at free safety, where the Saints tried Josh Bullocks and Kevin Kaesviharn the past two seasons. 03/04/10 - S Chip Vaughn injured his knee in the first week of training camp and did not play in any of the preseason games after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Then, he was put on injured reserve when the Saints made their final cuts, but they were high on him during minicamps and the OTAs.
