Revis played 56 snaps -- 92 percent of the team's defensive plays -- against the Raiders. The Chiefs spent most of the game in substitution packages with five and six defensive backs. Revis appears settled in as the team's nickel back, coming in at right corner when starter Steven Nelson moves to the slot.
12/04/17 - CB Darrelle Revis played only the first half in Kansas City's 38-31 loss to New York on Sunday. The seven-time Pro Bowler said, who signed with the Chiefs 11 days ago, said the plan all along was to ease him back into action. He finished with five tackles, but looked rusty in pass coverage. "I haven't played a football game in 12 months, so I think that's why coach made that call in the second half," Revis said about taking a seat after halftime. "I'm trying to dust off the cobwebs."

11/22/17 - CB Darrelle Revis was signed to a contract by the Kansas City Chiefs, the team announced Wednesday. Revis, who is a seven-time Pro Bowl selection, last played for the New York Jets in 2016 before being released in the offseason. "Darrelle is a proven player in this league and we are excited to add him to our secondary," Chiefs general manager Brett Veach said in a statement. "He's had a Hall of Fame career and his leadership and playing experience will be valuable to our defense."
