12/31/12 - WR Braylon Edwards (hamstring, knee), who was questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills, recorded a team-high four catches for 42 yards in the Jets' 28-9 loss. Edwards, who was claimed by the Jets off waivers from the Seahawks Dec. 11, had 10 catches for 125 yards in the final three games.
12/28/12 - WR Braylon Edwards (hamstring, knee) was upgraded to a limited participant in practice Thursday, one day after he sat out workouts entirely. Edwards had three catches apiece in his first two games back with the Jets, who claimed him off waivers from the Seahawks Dec. 11.

While Edwards has battled hamstring woes since joining the Jets two weeks ago, the knee injury is a new ailment and Wednesday marks the first time he has been completely held out of practice. Edwards had three catches apiece in his first two games with the Jets, who claimed him off waivers from the Seahawks on Dec. 11.
12/19/12 - WR Braylon Edwards made his return to the Jets on Monday night by catching three passes for 47 yards in the 14-10 loss to the Titans. Edwards is the first receiver in team history to catch a pass during two separate stints with the franchise. Edwards had 88 catches for 1,445 yards for the Jets in 2009 and 2010 before spending parts of the last two seasons with the 49ers and Seahawks.
12/17/12 - WR Braylon Edwards was claimed off waivers by the Jets from the Seahawks on Dec. 11. Edwards planned to play against the Titans on Monday night despite a hamstring injury that hastened his release by the Seahawks. Edwards had just eight catches for 74 yards for the Seahawks this year, but the Jets hope he rediscovers the form that saw him record 88 catches for 1,445 yards for the Jets in just 26 games in 2009 and 2010.
