Post-Draft Outlook:
A closer look at the Eagles' picks: Round 6/194 -- Brandon Gibson, WR, 6-1, 206, Washington State...After leading the Pac-10 in receiving in '07 (67 catches, 1,180 yards, nine TDs), Gibson had to deal with a lot more double-teams last year and his numbers dropped (57-673-2). The three-time All-Pac-10 player has good size and pretty good hands. But he's facing an uphill battle making this team. - by The Sports Xchange

 Draft Scout Brandon Gibson News
09/01/10 - WR Brandon Gibson has had a good two weeks of practice after missing time because of a hamstring problem. Gibson has a chance to see significant time after the loss of Donnie Avery for the season.
06/17/10 - WR Brandon Gibson returned to the sideline at the final OTA practice Thursday (June 17) after aggravating a hamstring injury that had kept him out for several practices. Gibson had practiced this week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Prior to missing Thursday's work, coach Steve Spagnuolo said, "It was good to see him out there. He's kind of fighting through that hamstring. We're going to be careful. No sense in setting him back."
01/14/10 - WR Brandon Gibson, acquired in an Oct. 20 trade with Philadelphia, was showing signs of developing when QB Marc Bulger was playing. After Bulger was injured on Nov. 22 against Arizona, Gibson's production tailed off except for one outstanding touchdown reception.
12/10/09 - WR Brandon Gibson injured his ankle during practice Thursday, got it wrapped and returned. Said Spagnuolo, "I don't know how many reps he got back in there, but we will have to find out where he is after practice."
12/08/09 - WR Brandon Gibson, who was acquired from Philadelphia on Oct. 20, has 18 receptions for 210 yards in his last three games.
