08/28/15 - QB Pat Devlin was signed by the Browns Thursday (Aug. 27). An undrafted free agent in 2011, Devlin has played for the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings. He spent part of the offseason with the Chicago Bears before being waived on June 18.

05/18/15 - QB Pat Devlin was signed by the Bears Monday May 11. The three-year veteran participated in the team's rookie minicamp. Devlin has spent four years with the Dolphins (2011-13) and Vikings (2014). He spent a majority of his 2011 rookie season on the Dolphins practice squad and was on Miami's 53-man roster for all of 2012 and 2013 but was inactive each contest. He also spent the final eight weeks of the 2014 regular season on the Vikings practice squad after being released by Miami in August. Devlin spent his final two collegiate seasons at Delaware (2009-10), completing 506-of-776 for 5,696 yards, 37 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Spent 2006-08 seasons at Penn State, completing 25-of-48 passes for 459 yards and 4 TDs with 0 INTs while also rushing for 2 TDs.
