Post-Draft Outlook:
A closer look at the Eagles' draft picks: Round 1/13 -- Brandon Graham, DE, 6-1 1/2, 268, Michigan: The Eagles traded up 11 spots from No. 24 to No. 13 to get Graham. The Eagles feel Graham can be the ideal left-end pass-rushing compliment to Pro Bowl right end Trent Cole. Graham is sort of a Cole clone: Undersized, but a high play-to-the-whistle motor. - by The Sports Xchange

 Draft Scout Brandon Graham News
08/29/10 - DE Brandon Graham moved ahead of veteran Juqua Parker and is the team's new starter at left end. Graham started Friday's night's preseason game against Kansas City and will be the season-opening starter against Green Bay.
08/25/10 - DE Brandon Graham will start the third preseason game. "He was playing well. We just thought it was time to do that," coach Andy Reid said. "I will tell you this, (Juqua Parker), I think has had an outstanding camp too. So, this is a good situation and we're going to use (Parker) in a lot of plays out there."
08/25/10 - DE Brandon Graham saw some action inside as a nickel defensive tackle Friday night against the Bengals. "We talked about it a long time ago, and we finally just did it last week," Graham said. "I like that it's always one-on-one, especially if I'm at a three-technique. I don't really have a problem with it. It's going to get me closer to the quarterback, being inside."
08/08/10 - DE Brandon Graham, is off to a good start in his first NFL training camp. The coaching staff has been very impressed by his pass-rushing skills. So has the team's starting right tackle, Winston Justice, who has been going up against him a lot in practice. "He has speed, he has quickness and he has power," Justice said. "It's a battle every time we go against each other. He's a shorter guy. He doesn't rush like the other defensive ends rush. He's a different type of player. He's more into your body. He uses different types of moves. But he's a good player."
07/29/10 - DE Brandon Graham, the 13th overall pick by the Eagles, agreed to a contract Thursday night. Terms were not disclosed. "It feels good. Because I really wanted to get to training camp and Coach (Andy) Reid really wanted me to get to camp and now it's time to show them why they picked me," said Graham. "I have a lot of work to do, but I'm ready to go." Graham is expected to take part in his first practice Friday.
