Post-Draft Outlook: A closer look at the Eagles' draft picks: Round 1/13 -- Brandon Graham, DE, 6-1 1/2, 268, Michigan: The Eagles traded up 11 spots from No. 24 to No. 13 to get Graham. The Eagles feel Graham can be the ideal left-end pass-rushing compliment to Pro Bowl right end Trent Cole. Graham is sort of a Cole clone: Undersized, but a high play-to-the-whistle motor. - by The Sports Xchange

Draft Scout Brandon Graham News
05/14/17 - DE Brandon Graham will skip that, as well as the rest of the team's voluntary May and June workouts. Graham, who had 5 1/2 sacks and an NFL-high 30 hurries last season, wants to restructure the contract he signed just two years ago. Graham, who didn't make the Pro Bowl but was a second-team All-Pro selection, is in the third year of a four-year, $26 million deal.
His base salary for each of the next two seasons is $6.5 million. The problem is the Eagles gave a five-year, $46.5 million deal last year to another one of their defensive ends, Vinny Curry. And Curry hasn't been nearly as productive as Graham.
03/09/15 - LB Brandon Graham, who was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent March 10, re-signed with the Eagles Monday (March 9). The four-year contract is worth a reported $26 million with $14 million guaranteed.
A first-round pick in 2010, Graham recorded 5.5 sacks and 46 tackles in 2014 and has 17 sacks in 64 games.
03/05/15 - OLB Brandon Graham, unrestricted FA update, had 5.5 sacks, 8 hits and 39 hurries in just 240 pass-rushing opportunities in 2014. The Eagles are interested in re-signing their 2010 first-round pick, but he's better suited for a 4-3 scheme where he wouldn't have to drop into coverage. He would prefer to sign with a 4-3 team. Chances of him returning don't seem very good.
12/24/14 - LB Brandon Graham will make his second straight start and just the 14th of his career Sunday in place of injured Trent Cole.
12/17/14 - OLB Brandon Graham will make his 13th career start Saturday in place of injured Trent Cole (broken hand). Graham has 5 1/2 sacks this season. He has been rotating as a backup at both outside 'backer spots.
