Draft Scout Lance Kendricks News
03/12/15 - TE Lance Kendricks was re-signed by the Rams Wednesday (March 11) to a contract worth $18.5 million over four years with $6.5 million guaranteed.
Kendricks, 27, played the past four seasons with the Rams after being a second-round draft pick in 2011. In 2014, he had 27 receptions for 259 yards and five touchdowns.
His best season was 2012, when he had 42 catches for 519 yards.
03/08/15 - TE Lance Kendricks, unrestricted FA update, could get interest in the free-agent market given his ability to block and catch. He won't pile up receptions, but is a god receiver. The Rams are hopeful the price doesn't get too high so he can be re-signed.
09/30/14 - LB Mychal Kendricks missed his second straight game with a calf injury. Chip Kelly said he started doing some running late last week, but it's questionable whether he'll play this week against the Rams.
11/11/13 - TE Lance Kendricks, who suffered a fractured finger the previous week against Tennessee, was inactive against the Colts. There is a likelihood he will be able to play after the bye when the Rams play the Bears.
11/04/13 - TE Lance Kendricks could miss some time after suffering a fractured finger Sunday against Tennessee. Tests are underway to decide whether surgery is necessary. Coach Jeff Fisher said Kendricks could potentially play, but he would be wearing a cast. Said Fisher, Regardless of which direction we go, there will be a cast involved, so that's going to make it, at least early on, that's going to make it a little tough to catch a football. Wouldn't prevent him from blocking, but we have to let things settle down for at least a week."
