Post-Draft Outlook:
A closer look at the Ravens' picks: Round 2/43 -- Sergio Kindle, LB, 6-3, 250, Texas, Kindle was the Ravens' first pick of the draft after they traded out of the first round with the Denver Broncos. Considered one of the draft's top 3-4 outside linebackers, Kindle will back up Jarret Johnson initially. He slid into the second round because of health concerns. Kindle has reportedly had four procedures on one knee. - by The Sports Xchange

 Draft Scout Sergio Kindle News
10/22/12 - LB Sergio Kindle was signed to the Ravens' practice squad. The former All-Big 12 selection went unclaimed off waivers Monday after being released Saturday when the Ravens activated LB Terrell Suggs from the reserve-non-football injury list. "I think he's very determined to be a good football player in this league," coach John Harbaugh said. "We still think he has a chance. We really think there's a possibility he could grow into a player. We've seen some glimpses in practice."
10/11/12 - OLB Sergio Kindle is remaining patient despite having just one tackle this season and being a healthy scratch for the past three games.
04/17/12 - LB Sergio Kindle, an exclusive rights free agent, re-signed with Baltimore. A 2010 second-round pick who missed his rookie season due to a fractured skull, Kindle finally returned to the field in December after being deactivated for 11 of the first 12 games.
