 Draft Scout Andy Dalton News
12/28/14 - QB Andy Dalton threw two interceptions in a game in which the division title was on the line, renewing questions about his ability to be a championship signal-caller. The Bengals had reason for hope when Dalton led the Bengals to a victory over the Denver Broncos in prime time on Monday night. However, he was ordinary against the Steelers. And there is also the matter of him being 0-3 all-time in the postseason going into Sunday's game AFC wild-card game at Indianapolis.
12/23/14 - QB Andy Dalton threw for just 146 yards to lower his average to 193 in nine prime-time games.
12/22/14 - QB Andy Dalton's prime-time woes resurfaced briefly Monday night when his high throw to WR A.J. Green was intercepted off the carom by Broncos CB Aqib Talib, who returned it for a touchdown. However, Dalton minimized his mistakes overall in the Bengals' win, as he completed 17 of 26 passes for 146 yards and two touchdowns.
12/14/14 - QB Andy Dalton does not have to play well for the Bengals to win, and that's important with critical games coming up against Denver and Pittsburgh to finish the season. Dalton completed 14 of 24 passes for 117 yards and threw one interception. His passer rating of 53.6 was better than the 2.0 he posted against the Browns last month, but backed by 244 yards rushing Dalton did not have to take chances.
12/08/14 - QB Andy Dalton missed one play after getting the wind knocked out of him and was later taken out when the score got out of hand, but he said he was fine.
