Watson was selected by the Buccaneers in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Florida State. Watson's career totals include 82 defensive tackles, three sacks, one interception, four passes defensed, two forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries. He also owns 39 career special teams tackles.
Watson, 28, played for the Patriots last season, appearing in three regular-season games and both playoff contests. He combined to play in 10 games (one start) for Jacksonville and Dallas in 2014 following four seasons with the Bucs.
