08/03/16 - QB Dan LeFevour was waived by the Buccaneers. LeFevour, 29, has never played in the NFL.
LeFevour signed with the Bucs in April after playing in the Canadian Football League since the 2012 season with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Montreal Alouettes.
04/19/16 - QB Dan LeFevour agreed to terms with the Buccaneers Tuesday (April 19).
LeFevour will be reunited with Buccaneers quarterbacks coach Mike Bajakian, who was at Central Michigan as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach while LeFevour was in college.
The 6-foot-3 LeFevour has played in the CFL since the 2012 season with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Montreal Alouettes.
Before going to Canada, LeFevour was with the Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars. The Bears drafted him in the sixth round in 2010.
At Central Michigan, LeFevour set an FBS record with 150 touchdowns, including 102 passing, 47 rushing and one receiving.
