06/16/16 - WR Doug Baldwin is in contract talks with the Seahawks. He has one year remaining on his contract after signing a three-year extension following the 2013 season. "Eventually we'll get something worked out, I hope," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. "The intent is to get him signed and secured for a good while."
06/09/16 - WR Doug Baldwin is entering the final year of his contract and coming off a career year with the Seahawks in 2015. That puts Baldwin in an ideal position to get a new contract from the team this offseason. But if it's a topic Baldwin is worried about, he certainly isn't showing it. "I'm just thankful for the opportunities that I have to be out here every day and I'm going to focus on that each day as it comes," Baldwin said. Baldwin is scheduled to make $4 million this season, the final year of a two-year extension signed in 2014 following the team's Super Bowl championship.
