11/16/16 - OLB Chris Carter (hamstring) fully practiced Wednesday. He did not play against the Packers two weeks ago. Carter is expected to play Sunday against Tennessee.
11/07/16 - OLB Chris Carter (hamstring) was inactive for game against Green Bay on Sunday. Carter might be able to resume practice in some capacity after the bye week is completed. No schedule has been announced for his rehab.
11/03/16 - LB Chris Carter (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday's workout. Carter's availability for the Green Bay game has not been decided.
10/13/16 - LB Chris Carter was released, despite appearing in all five games this season. The six-year veteran primarily played on special teams, which has struggled this season. Carter was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fifth round of the 2011 draft from Fresno State.
10/13/16 - OLB Chris Carter was signed by the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday. Carter has played in 53 career NFL games, including four starts, and totaled 14 tackles, one pass defensed, two fumble recoveries and 17 special teams stops with the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers. Carter played in five games for the Ravens this season and had two special teams tackles.
