10/31/12 - CB Brandon Hogan was waived from injured reserve. Hogan was a risky fourth-round pick by former GM Marty Hurney in 2011. The West Virginia product was coming off a torn ACL and had numerous off-field problems. He ends his Panthers career with two tackles in three games.
