03/16/16 - LB Demario Davis signed a two-year deal with the Browns on Wednesday (March 16). The deal is worth $8 million with $4.2 million guaranteed, ESPN.com reported.
The 27-year-old Davis, a third-round pick in 2012, compiled 90 tackles, two sacks and two passes defensed in 16 games last season. In four years with the Jets, Davis had 349 tackles, 6.5 sacks and eight passes defensed in 51 starts.
11/05/12 - LB Demario Davis made his first NFL start against the Dolphins on Oct. 28. He was playing in place of Bart Scott, who missed a game for the first time since 2004 because of a lingering toe injury. Davis had three tackles, including one for a loss, in the 30-9 defeat.
10/22/12 - LB Demario Davis recorded seven tackles, including six solos, in the Jets' 29-26 loss to the Patriots.
