Draft Scout Kam Chancellor News
11/14/16 - SS Kam Chancellor knew a little bit about the play the Patriots ran on fourth down from the 1-yard line with 14 seconds left Sunday night. In fact, he said it was the same play the Seahawks ran on the final play of practice Friday -- with scout teamer Marcus Lucas playing the role of Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski. In the game, both players hit the ground as the ball sailed away, ending the Patriots' chances. "Gronk's a great competitor, man," said Chancellor, who returned from a four-game absence caused by a groin injury. "With us two on the field, why not end it like that? Give both of us a chance -- give him a chance and let me go out there and cover it."
11/09/16 - SS Kam Chancellor returned to full participation in practice on Wednesday and could play Sunday night against the Patriots if he doesn't experience a setback. He has missed four games with a groin strain.
11/03/16 - SS Kam Chancellor did not practice Wednesday as he continues to recover from a groin strain.
10/31/16 - SS Kam Chancellor is still day-to-day with a groin injury. He's missed the last three games after suffering the injury in practice.
10/26/16 - SS Kam Chancellor (groin) did not practice on Wednesday. Carroll was still hopeful Chancellor could play this week but needs to see how, and if, he can make it through the week of practice.
