Draft Scout Jason Kelce News
10/09/17 - TE Travis Kelce took a helmet-to-helmet hit late in the first half against Houston and briefly returned to the game.
Head coach Andy Reid said Kelce initially received clearance to return from the unaffiliated neurological consultant on the sideline. He experienced memory problems at halftime, however, and the team held him out for the rest of the game and put him in the league's concussion protocol.
09/27/17 - C Jason Kelce was a limited practice participant Wednesday with a knee injury.
Earlier in the day, head coach Doug Pederson said he was giving Kelce a veteran rest day, but insisted he was completely healthy. But Kelce was wearing a sleeve on his knee at practice and later was placed on the injury report.
10/19/16 - C Jason Kelce was held out of practice Wednesday. He has plantar fasciitis in his left foot. It shouldn't prevent him from playing Sunday against the Vikings.
10/17/16 - C Jason Kelce has planter fascitis in a foot and isn't expected to practice Wednesday when the Eagles begin preparations for the Vikings. But coach Doug Pederson said he expects Kelce to play Sunday.
11/16/15 - C Jason Kelce played one of the worst games of his career against the Dolphins. He was flagged twice for offensive holding and had yet another bad shotgun snap that sailed over quarterback Sam Bradford's head.
He also didn't do a very good job of blocking. The holding penalties were the seventh and eighth of the season for Kelce. He had 10 in his first four seasons in the league.
"(Expletive) bad snap, (expletive) just a terrible blocking game," Kelce said. "So I've got to get it corrected. Other than that, it's about all I've got to say."
