Draft Scout Jarrett Boykin News
10/01/14 - WR Jarrett Boykin won't play Thursday against the Vikings. It will be the second straight missed game for Boykin. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that Boykin's groin injury, which he sustained last week in practice, is "a little worse" than originally believed and he could be in jeopardy of also being out for the Oct. 12 game at the Miami Dolphins. Rookie Davante Adams will continue to work as the team's No. 3 wideout behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb with Boykin sidelined.
09/30/14 - WR Jarrett Boykin didn't practice Tuesday because of a groin injury that kept him from playing in Sunday's victory at Chicago. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Tuesday that Boykin still has a shot to be activated for Thursday night's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
09/29/14 - WR Jarrett Boykin wasn't activated for the big win at Chicago on Sunday. Boykin, the team's No. 3 receiver coming into the season, suffered a groin injury in practice Thursday after he already was dealing with a knee injury following the previous game. His status is uncertain for Thursday's game against Minnesota.
09/25/14 - WR Jarrett Boykin isn't expected to be in danger of not playing Sunday at Chicago. The reserve wideout has practiced on a full-time basis the last two days after a knee issue came to light following the Packers' loss at Detroit last weekend.
09/24/14 - WR Jarrett Boykin is on the injury report this week. The reserve wideout has a sore knee that cropped up following the loss at Detroit last Sunday. Boykin practiced on a full-time basis Wednesday, so he wouldn't seem to be in jeopardy of missing the game at Chicago on Sunday.
