Safety Sanders Commings and linebacker Chase Vasser have served two-game suspensions after brushes with the law during the offseason. Commings was charged with domestic violence, while Vasser was arrested for DUI. Commings is a big boost to the secondary, a versatile player who can work at either safety or cornerback. He was a starter last season. Vasser was listed as a starting outside linebacker coming out of spring practice, so he's expected to get plenty of playing time as well.
