Draft Scout Cordy Glenn News
08/15/17 - LT Cordy Glenn is considered week-to-week after receiving an injection to treat his sore left foot, the team announced Tuesday. Sean McDermott said that Glenn traveled to Wisconsin to visit specialist Dr. Robert Anderson, but the coach did not disclose the nature of the injury or the injection. "You never want to see anything linger," McDermott said Tuesday, per ESPN. "We've addressed it right from the start, in terms of the treatment end of things. We're hopeful at this point that (the injection) is something that finalizes it and knocks it out, and Cordy can return on a full-time basis."
08/15/17 - LT Cordy Glenn flew to Wisconsin to get an injection in his injured foot, and the hope now is that this will alleviate the pain and allow him to get back before the regular season begins.
08/07/17 - At left tackle, there has been some concern over the health of Cordy Glenn, but he has been able to practice fully the last two days, a positive sign for him and the team. Glenn missed much of the offseason program with a foot injury, and part of the time he was in a walking boot.
Until the last couple days, Glenn had been only a limited participant in practice at St. John Fisher College, and late last week he went down to Charlotte to get a second opinion to hopefully find out what may be ailing him, something he did on his own and not because the team told him to do so
"We're always concerned," head coach Sean McDermott said. "You want to look and see what's going on there. Dr. (Robert) Anderson got a good look at things. Cordy's going to practice today and we'll see how it goes."
Glenn said Sunday, "I'm feeling good. I just had ongoing soreness. I was just basically trying to see what was going on with it, and I think we've got a good plan to just practice and see how everything goes."
01/02/17 - LT Cordy Glenn sat out the season finale with a back injury, but it should not be a lingering problem in the offseason.
12/26/16 - LT Cordy Glenn was forced to sit out the game due to a back injury.
