09/05/12 - Central Florida travels to Ohio for the second time in as many weeks. The Golden Knights might want to make sure they pack their slingshot. OK, so it's not quite David against Goliath, but UCF is definitely the underdog heading into Saturday's game at The Horseshoe in Columbus against nationally-ranked Ohio State. And, should the Knights pull the upset, they'd make team history. UCF has never beaten a non-conference ranked opponent, and holds only one victory in school history against a ranked foe. It also puts the Golden Knights on a huge stage, with Ohio Stadium's six-figure capacity making this only the fourth time UCF will play in front of a potential crowd numbering 100,000 or more. "We've played in big games before," senior offensive lineman Theo Goins said at the team's weekly news conference. "We're not going to let that stress us, with the crowd and everything. It's football. We're used to that environment." UCF is considered an underdog by more than two touchdowns. - The Sports Xchange
