This past season, Herman earned First Team All-League honors from sportswriter and analyst Phil Steele and Second Team All-Conference honors from the Mid-American Conference. He helped pave the way for redshirt junior running back Beau Blankenship, who set Ohio’s single-season rushing record with 1,604 rushing yards.
