04/19/12 - 04/18 NFL DRAFT SCOUT RISER: Markelle Martin, FS, Oklahoma State...In a weak safety class, the No. 2 spot after Mark Barron has been up for grabs for some time. Martin seemed to be leading candidate for that spot until a knee injury sidelined him in January. He was finally able to work out for scouts last week in Stillwater, only days before the draft weekend. Martin looked better than expected on his knee, pushing the envelope and not holding back for the several teams in attendance, attempting to show the injury isn't a large concern. He ran his 40-yard dash in the 4.6s and looked natural in his movements. - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
