10/05/13 - Quentin Williams and Eddie Poole each scored touchdowns in the second half to help Bethune-Cookman distance themselves from Delaware State 21-7 in a Mid-Eastern Conference matchup Saturday. With 6:02 remaining in the third quarter, Williams ran for the go-ahead score from 31 yards out. Williams hit Poole for a 15-yard score late in the fourth quarter to increase the lead to 14 for the Wildcats (4-1, 1-0 MEAC).
The Hornets (1-4, 1-1) grabbed its only lead of the game when Cory Murphy found Malik Golson for a 7-yard score in the first quarter. Bethune-Cookman tied it up in the second quarter on a 3-yard touchdown run by Anthony Jordan. Williams finished 4-of-4 for 86 yards and a score. Jackie Wilson was 10-for-15 with 82 yards. Poole had four receptions for 103 yards. Delaware State's Murphy completed 19 of his 31 attempts for 213 yards with a score and two interceptions. - AP Sports

10/22/12 - Quentin Williams' two touchdowns and a stingy defense helped Bethune-Cookman dominate Norfolk State 48-3 Saturday. Bethune-Cookman (5-2, 4-0 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) scored on its first possession as Williams found Eddie Poole for a 5-yard touchdown and an early 7-0 lead. Williams completed 9 of 11 passes for 157 yards. Norfolk State's (2-6, 0-5) offense was unable to move the ball the entire game. The Wildcats' impressive defense was on display when D.J. Howard returned a fumble 69 yards for the touchdown to give Bethune-Cookman a 14-0 lead. Bethune-Cookman scored the next 20 points before Everett Goldberg's 33-yard field goal made it 34-3 going into halftime. Brodrick Waters scored the only points of the third quarter, running it in from 8 yards, boosting the lead to 41-3. Waters finished with 103 yards on nine carries. 09/29/12 - Bethune-Cookman forced seven turnovers -- including a pair of interceptions by Nick Addison -- to take a 38-26 decision from Hampton Saturday night in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference action. The Wildcats (3-2, 2-0) picked off four Hampton (0-4, 0-2) passes and recovered three more forced fumbles. Of the Pirates' final 10 possessions, six ended in turnovers, and another finished with a turnover on downs. At one point, Hampton tossed interceptions on three consecutive drives, with Bethune-Cookman using those picks to rack up 17 consecutive points and take a 31-10 lead. Among those scores was a 90-yard interception return by Addison, the fourth longest in school history and the team's first interception return for a score since 2010. On top of his two picks, Addison led the Wildcats with 11 tackles. Jeremi Schwartz gained a sizable chunk of Hampton's total offense, amassing 205 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. - AP Sports
