12/19/13 - QB Tyler Wilson was signed to a three-year contract off the Oakland Raiders practice squad and could figure into the Titans' future plans.
09/02/13 - QB Tyler Wilson was waived by the Raiders Sunday.
09/01/13 - QB Tyler Wilson was cut in favor of undrafted free agent Matt McGloin.
In its original cut-list to get to the 53-man roster, Wilson was included on the roster - giving the Raiders four quarterbacks - but was waived the following day.
Wilson, who was paid a $491,000 signing bonus, was considered a potential first-round pick following his junior year at Arkansas, but struggled as a senior under a new coaching staff.
During organized team activities and minicamps, which are all non-contact, Wilson performed well. Things were different with the pads on, as he was outplayed by McGloin and remained as the fourth-team quarterback throughout.

Wilson, 6-feet-2 and 215 pounds, set an Arkansas record by passing for 7,765 yards while starting 24 of 37 career games. He also threw 52 touchdown passes.
Free-agent signee Matt Flynn and Terrelle Pryor enter training camp with three career combined starts. Wilson is third on the depth chart, but is part of the mix in the battle for the starting job as the Raiders implement a new offense.
