08/19/14 - RB Deji Karim was signed by the Colts Monday (Aug. 18). Karim, 5-8, 209 pounds, has appeared in 33 games over his four-year NFL career, recording 110 rushes for 341 yards and 18 receptions for 129 yards. He also has returned 91 kickoffs for 2,332 yards (25.6 average) and one touchdown. Over the past four seasons (2010-13), his kickoff return yardage ranks fourth in the AFC and 11th in the NFL. In 2013, Karim played in seven games for the Houston Texans. In 2012, he played in three games for the Colts, where he returned nine kickoffs for 328 yards (36.4 average), including a career-long 101-yard return for a touchdown in the season finale against Houston.

His 101-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in last week's win over Houston was the fourth longest in Colts' Indy history and the longest since the team made the move from Baltimore.
