Draft Scout T.Y. Hilton News
10/19/14 - WR T.Y. Hilton is rapidly becoming a worthy successor to Marvin Harrison as the big-play threat in the passing game. Over the past four games, Hilton has 31 receptions for 525 yards, averages of 16.9 per catch and 131.3 per game. His 46-yard dance down the right sideline in the second quarter was his seventh catch of at least 33 yards this season.
10/09/14 - WR T.Y. Hilton finished 1 yard short of his personal high of 224 receiving yards (set in the postseason last year against the Chiefs). Raymond Berry holds the Colts' single-game, regular-season record, also with 224, set in 1957 against the Washington Redskins. "I've just been patient the first couple of weeks," said Hilton, who finished with nine receptions and a touchdown. "I've been saying all week I feel like I'm going to have a big game, and I did."
09/29/14 - WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) should be good to go for the Colts home game with Baltimore this week. Hilton appeared to have tweaked his hamstring in the win over the Titans on Sunday. The injury is not expected to keep him out of the Ravens game although he may see a lighter workload in practice.
09/24/14 - WR TY Hilton (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. Hilton, though, is expected to start Sunday against Tennessee. He sprained his ankle near the end of the first half of last week's game at Jacksonville and did not play over the final two quarters. The injury is not considered to be serious.
09/22/14 - WR T.Y. Hilton injured his ankle left the Jacksonville game in the second half and did not return. The injury, though, is not considered to be serious. He is expected to see light work on Wednesday and should be able to play Sunday against Tennessee.
