Draft Scout *Levine Toilolo News
05/21/13 - TE Levine Toilolo, a fourth-round pick out of Stanford, signd with the Atlanta Falcons. Terms were not disclosed.
Toilolo, 6-feet-8 and 265 pounds, was used mainly as a blocker with the Cardinal but did catch 24 passes for 393 yards last season. He also has three uncles -- Dan Saleaumua, Edwin Mulitalo and Joe Salave'a -- who played in the NFL.
"At Stanford we ran a pretty pro-style, West Coast offense," Toilolo said after the draft. "So we utilized a lot of tight ends which was big coming out of high school for me. This year we ran a lot of two tight-end sets for me and Zach (Ertz). For me, I was more of an inline tight end with my hand down the majority of the time."
Toilolo caught 50 passes for 763 yards (15.3 yards per catch) with 10 touchdowns in 31 career games at Stanford.

03/28/13 - 2013 Stanford Pro Day: Levine Toilolo, TE (6-8 3/8, 259) - Toilolo ran the 40 in 4.81 and 4.77 seconds. He had a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-9 broad jump. He also performed 19 strength lifts. That number on the bench press is really good considering how long his arms are (he was measured at 34 1/2 inches at the combine). Toilolo - who is a good blocker - has a thin lower body, which will prevent him from being switched to right tackle in the NFL. - Gil Brandt, NFL.com
03/24/13 - 2013 Stanford Pro Day: Stanford's "other" tight end, Levine Toilolo, also improved on the 4.86-second time he'd clocked in Indianapolis to measure in the low 4.7s, Thursday. The 6-foot-8, 260-pound Toilolo improved his vertical and broad jumps, as well, going from 31 inches and 9 feet, 5 inches in Indianapolis to 33.5 and 9-9 in Palo Alto. - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
02/20/13 - 2013 NFL Combine, Medical watch: While Ertz generated most of the buzz out of Palo Alto, scouts are also intrigued by his former teammate, Levine Toilolo, a 6-7, 255 pounder who some have compared to Jacksonville Jaguars' standout Marcedes Lewis. Toilolo lacks the burst, which is likely to push Ertz to the top of the position, but he is a brute after the catch. He suffered a torn ACL in 2010 and must reassure teams that he is completely over the injury. - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
