06/15/16 - CB Xavier Rhodes stepped up his personal training this off-season by going one-on-one against some top receivers from around the league. Odell Beckham Jr. of the New York Giants and Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers were two of the receivers he battled during those workouts in Florida. "It helps a lot," Rhodes said.
"Especially those shifty, smaller guys who can play in the slot or outside. They make you work."
10/08/15 - CB Xavier Rhodes continues to be the team's best cover man, but he had a rough second half, particularly the first series of the third quarter. During that series, Rhodes was flagged for pass interference, a horse-collar tackle and gave up a 43-yard completion. Rhodes also was flagged for pass interference on Denver's game-winning field goal drive late in the fourth quarter.

He was called for pass interference and a horse-collar tackle during a drive that ended in a Broncos touchdown in the third quarter and drew another pass-interference call during the fourth-quarter drive that ended in a tiebreaking field goal by Denver.
10/01/15 - CB Xavier Rhodes (concussion/neck) had full participation again in Thursday's practice and will play, barring a setback. He is the Vikings' top cornerback and usually shadows the other team's top receiver. Losing him would be a serious blow going up against Peyton Manning.
09/30/15 - CB Xavier Rhodes, who suffered a concussion late in the first half of Sunday's game, was cleared Wednesday to practice. He had full participation and should play, barring a setback. He's expected to shadow No. 1 receiver Demaryius Thomas
