11/15/16 - TE Tyler Eifert's 71-yard reception on his team's opening drive was a career long. Eifert's previous career long was 61 yards, set in 2013, his first season. He finished the night with three catches for 96 yards.
11/02/16 - TE Tyler Eifert officially is back after his 100-yard receiving day on Sunday in London. His impact was felt immediately. After a dismal start to the season in the red zone, the Cincinnati Bengals scored touchdowns on four trips inside the 20-yard line on Sunday, including Eifert's 15-yard TD catch. His absence was at least partly responsible for the Bengals ranking near the bottom of the league in red-zone conversion for the first seven weeks, along with struggles along the offensive line and an inconsistent running game. Cincinnati currently is ranked 18th in red zone efficiency.
10/31/16 - TE Tyler Eifert had nine catches for 102 yards and a touchdown on Sunday in his first extended outing since returning a week ago from offseason ankle surgery. His presence impacts almost every aspect of the offense, most notably drawing the attention of safeties away from A.J. Green, who with Eifert back in the fold, caught nine passes for 121 yards on Sunday.
10/24/16 - TE Tyler Eifert, who hadn't played since last season due to an ankle injury suffered in the Pro Bowl, made his debut late in the first quarter. He had one catch for 9 yards.
10/24/16 - TE Tyler Eifert made his season debut on Sunday after missing all of training camp and the first six games of the season with an ankle injury suffered in the Pro Bowl in January. The Bengals tight end had just one catch for nine yards and was targeted twice, but his presence in the offense was a welcome sight.
