Draft Scout Clint Session News
12/06/12 - LB Clint Session, who sustained two concussions in a game in Cleveland last November and hasn't played since, was waived from the physically unable to perform list (PUP) Tuesday.
That means the Jaguars have cut their ties to Session a year after they gave him $11.5 million in guaranteed money in a five-year deal. And it is uncertain whether the concussions have ended his career.
Session said in his last interview during training camp in August that he decided to stay in the game in Cleveland after sustaining his second concussion of the 2011 season. His first one came in camp.
He then suffered another concussion in the same game, went on the injured reserve list two days later and still hasn't recovered.
He admitted he was scared at the time.
"As a human you are always scared. This is something that could prevent my livelihood," he said. "This is how I make my money. This is how I'm known in the world. You definitely get a little scared, but (you) keep going."
10/15/12 - LB Clint Session, who is on PUP with concussion problems, isn't ready to practice yet.
07/28/12 - LB Clint Session (head) failed his physical and was declared active/physically unable to perform by the Jaguars.
