01/03/14 - 2013 ASSOCIATED PRESS FCS SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: DB Nick Addison, Bethune Cookman, Jr.,...Addison completed the 2013 campaign ranked No. 21 in the FCS for interceptions (0.4 per game), as well as ranking second in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) with five total picks for 63 yards and a touchdown. Against Virginia Union, Addison returned an interception for score 38 yards in the Wildcats’ home-opening victory. He now has a team-best nine interceptions in his three-year career.

In helping Bethune-Cookman to consecutive MEAC titles the past two years, Addison finished 2013 with a team second-best matching 64 tackles (34 solo), including three tackles behind the line and one fumble recovery. Adding to his team-best five interceptions, he was second on the team with seven pass breakups and was tied for the lead with two forced fumbles. The two-time All-MEAC First Team honoree owns 139 tackles in his career, while playing and starting in the last 25 games consecutively dating back to the 2012 season. - Bethune Cookman football

08/06/13 - 2013 PRESEASON MEAC ALL-CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM (COACHES/SIDS): DB Nick Addison, Jr., Bethune-Cookman, Tampa, Fla.,...Played and started in all 12 contests on the year for the Wildcats in 2012...Finished the regular season second on the team with 68 tackles, including 37 primary stops, and led the team with four interceptions for 135 yards...His four interceptions allowed him to finish tied for sixth in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference in that category...Finished atop the team and seventh overall in the MEAC with 11 passes defended, including seven breakups. - Bethune-Cookman football
10/01/12 - WEEK 5 NCAA NATIONAL FCS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Nick Addison had two interceptions, one for a 90-yard touchdown, as Bethune-Cookman forced seven Hampton turnovers for a 38-26 MEAC victory. Addison’s touchdown helped B-CU take control in the third quarter, giving it a 24-10 lead. The INT return was the fourth-longest in school history. - NCAA.com
10/01/12 - OCT 1 SPORTS NETWORK NATIONAL FCS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Nick Addison, Bethune-Cookman, Sophomore, 6-2, 180, DB, Tampa, Fla.,...Addison recorded two interceptions in Bethune-Cookman's 38-26, Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference victory versus Hampton. The sophomore fueled the Wildcats' impressive defense, which forced seven turnovers - four interceptions and three fumbles - by also totaling a team-high 11 tackles, a forced fumble and an assist on a tackle for loss. In the third quarter, Addison picked off a pass and returned it 90 yards for a touchdown, giving B-C a 24-10 lead. It was the fourth-longest interception return in school history, while the victory snapped a two-game losing streak for the Wildcats. - Sports Network
