 Draft Scout Jeremy Wright News
11/04/13 - --RB Jeremy Wright was released from the Giants practice squad.
10/16/13 - --RB Jeremy Wright, who was briefly with the Giants during their rookie minicamp in May, was signed to the team's practice squad.
08/19/13 - RB Jeremy Wright was signed by the Steelers.
02/27/13 - Jeremy Wright, Louisville's leading rusher in 2012, is not enrolled in classes and will not participate in spring practice, reported Monday. Wright was a redshirt junior in 2012 and graduated from Louisville in December. He has one year of eligibility remaining and needed to enroll in graduate school classes at Louisville to be eligible for another season. There had been questions previously as to whether he would return to play for Louisville next season. Last season, Wright led the Cardinals with 824 yards rushing. - The Sports Xchange
11/29/12 - SCOUTING THE OFFENSE: It's on the shoulders of the line this week. Can they get the running game going after the team has rushed for 75 yards total in the last two games? With QB Teddy Bridgewater playing despite a broken left wrist, the line not only must improve its protection of him, but has to open up creases so that the ground game can take pressure off the team's injured leader. If defenses don't have to respect the Cards' play-action scheme, it hurts this offense.

PLAYERS TO WATCH: RB Jeremy Wright - After rushing 16 times for only 43 yards, Wright needs to have more of an impact in this one. Although Wright did contribute career highs of nine catches and 72 yards, Louisville needs Wright to rush for more yards if it's to capture a Big East title. - The Sports Xchange
